MORNING DROP-OFF

8:15 - 8:45 Students are not to be dropped off prior to 8:15, as there will not be supervision.

• Cars will enter off of Main Street, into the Evergreen Parking Lot
  • Only buses are allowed in the center entrance, leading to the bus loop.
    • Gates will be closed, and cars will be unable to have access to Evergreen’s lot from this entrance. 
  • Those dropping off students should pull all the way forward, however, may drop their student off anywhere along the sidewalk.
  • Cars in the loop should form a single lane closest to the sidewalk. 
    • Once a student is dropped off and out of the car, cars may pull into the inner lane to exit the parking lot.
    • Please be sure to merge at the end of the car loop so all can exit safely.
  • Adults remain in the car when using the loop for drop-off/pick-up. 
    • Please have students ready to exit the passenger side of the vehicle promptly.
  • Students will walk on the sidewalk to the back of the building, and wait by the playground until the bell at 8:45.
  • Students who are taking breakfast and are dropped off by a car, or walk to school, will enter through the main front doors and proceed to the cafeteria.
• Cars will exit on Main Street, using the same exit/entrance.
• Cars should only make a right turn out of the exit onto Main.
• Please follow the direction of the crossing guard and staff members, as well as signage, to keep safety our top priority.

 

AFTERNOON PICK-UP

• Pick-Up Loop
  • When using the loop, cars should continue to pull forward until traffic stops. 
  • Staff will direct your child to your car and your child will enter the passenger side of the vehicle.
  • Students may enter their stopped car anywhere along the sidewalk, after the car has pulled all the way forward until traffic has stopped.
  • Cars will use the exit onto Main Street, where only right turns are allowed.
